Our lived experience, sense of identity and relations to one another are framed by our physical, social and temporal context. My research-based fine art practice reflects on the way values, aspirations and choices operate within wider society and in particular, in relation to the space we inhabit.
I draw from various media and disciplines, often creating site-specific and collaborative
projects. Working from an understanding that a world pictured in part is less resistible than a world pictured in full, I use objects and images to create a space for encounter, engagement and reflection.
